New start, new program, new me!
Feeling amazing this first week, today was my WI, and I'm down 7lbs! Yes, that's a lot, but it's working for me, and I'm healthy, and doing fabulous.
This new program I'm following is VERY strict, VERY restrictive, VERY hard, and VERY successful. So right of the bat, I will say this. IF you are reading this, and having some negative feelings on what I'm following, or how I'm following it, click the X. I am not here to ask for opinions, this is a blog. If I post on WW.CA, then I expect anything. This is my "safe" zone, so buck up and enjoy, or buck off (WOOT!)
Now that the dirty work is done, here's to my fresh start *cheers*!
I'm posting a pic of my breakfast:
I adore my daycare Mom, she brought me Timmy's! Woot!
Now this Green Monster (my regular breakfast) is kind of a weird mix, b/c it's grocery day and I'm out of stuff! I haven't any flax left, I have NO BANANAS, and no blueberries. And I didn't have as much spinach as I normally like. It's still pretty good, but I am not as in love with it as usual.
Breakfast - XL Timmy's, milk and sweetener.
Green Monster - 2 cups baby spinach, half an apple, 1 cup strawberries, 1/3 cup frozen raspberries, and a splash of milk. I added a teeny bit of Splenda, as I didn't find this smoothie sweet enough.

So anywho, that's my start to my day! I'm grasping on with both hands, and flying with it! I'm also purging toxic people from my life, yet again, and realizing I don't have to like everyone, and I don't have to talk to them if I choose not to. I am doing this for me, my husband, and my kids. No one else. Well, maybe Angi, cause I adore her, and Dee cause I want to be her. But THAT'S it LOL!
I will most certainly add more to this blog today, as it goes, and take pictures of my lunch and dinner, food journalling is hugely beneficial to me!

UPDATING - LUNCH!
Loving this soup!
Ok so there aren't many soups I am "allowed", so I was trying to be creative about tomato soup, which is in the YES list.
In my search, I found V8 herbed vine-ripened tomato soup by Campbell's. I compared Nutritional Information, and was surprised to find out this was a healthier choice all around than regular tomato soup!
Here's the comparison:

So needless to say, I'll stick to purchasing the V8, even though it's a bit high in sodium, just means I'll have to get that much more water in! PS it tastes so much like the thicker, awesome Gardennay soups I love so much! Anddd it was on sale :)
Oh and of course, my BIG salad (a la Elaine from Seinfeld), which is spring mix, spinach, red peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumber, 1 TBSP shredded cheese, FF italian dressing, a dash of salt and pepper.

So for those point counters, my breakfast was 3 points, and my lunch was 5 points (soup was 4, yup I had the whole box - 500 mls) and I counted 1pt for the cheese.
